Brian Creath founded Cohesion in 1999 after co-founding CreathJacobsen, an award-winning advertising agency recognized with Clio Awards, national ADDY Awards and numerous regional and local honors.

​

For more than three decades, he has worked with leadership teams across 300+ organizations, helping develop companies, brands, products, services, solutions, platforms and other dedicated assets.

​

His work has ranged from regional organizations to Fortune 500 companies, combining brand strategy, positioning, communications and organizational development across a broad range of industries.

​

As those organizations evolved, so did the work.

​

Brand increasingly became part of larger business conversations involving growth, acquisitions, organizational change, portfolio development and long-term business evolution.

Work that continued to expand into the foundation for Cohesion's Positioning, Framing and Stewardship model.

​

Today, Brian continues to work directly with leadership teams, helping organizations realize more from Brand and the important business initiatives shaping what comes next.
